Named in honor of the hill upon which our Ash Hollow vineyard sits, this is a delightful estate mélange of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc. A bright fruity nose, followed by flavors of bing cherry, rose petal, and a smooth cocoa finish.
